UPDATE: 10:25am PDT: Servers are now up! UPDATE, 8:53am PDT : SOE just notified that"This morning's server downtime for Game Update 64: Qeynos Rises will be longer than initially expected. We will update you as necessary." All servers will come down at 6am PDT (9am EDT) on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 for Game Update 64: Qeynos Rises . Estimated downtime is 3 hours. Patch notes are now available on our GU64 page . During the downtime you are welcome to join us in the #EQ2 channel of ZAM's IRC chat . All U.S. servers will come down at 7am PDT on Wednesday, July 25, 2012. The expected downtime is one hour. The EU servers will be coming down at 5am London Time on Thursday, July 26, 2012. The expected downtime is two hours. Here are the patch notes: GENERAL Fixed an issue with reforging requisitions. LIVE EVENTS Aether Racing: Great Divide– Now rewards the title“Frigid Flyer” when the race is won in less than 120 seconds. BATTLEGROUNDS We tweaked some of the bolster multipliers on characters between level 70 and 89. Level 80 overgeared characters will do less damage/healing while level 70 to 79 characters will do more damage/healing. Please keep giving feedback on your play experience!

The US Servers will come down on July 12, 2012, at 7:00 am PDT for a hotfix. The expected downtime is one hour. Here's the update notes: POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION Plane of War x4 Raid Commander Goreslaughter and Corpsemaul– The Toll of War curse that each commander casts will not have any variance to its timing. The curse will show preference to non fighters who are within a reasonable distance of the commander who is casting. If no non fighter targets are available, fighters may still be cursed. Withered Lands Hexapola should now drop more than one item when killed.

The Chronomancers first appeared in Norrath almost three years ago, offering adventurers a way to delve into their past. Aside from being able to simply alter one's adventuring level, players can also partake in 37 different Chronomagic Missions . These missions offer a way to experience little used dungeons of years past as well as earn many Alternate Advancement (AA) points for discovery and named mob kills. The EU Servers will come down on July 18, 2012, at 5:00 am London Time with an expected downtime of two hours. The patch notes are below. DUNGEON MAKER Corrected an issue that caused some buff objects in Dungeon Maker to reduce NPCs hit points by too much. POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION Withered Lands Daerlina and Swampmaw will now return to battle more frequently after a defeat. Plane of War x4 Raid Commander Goreslaughter and Corpsemaul– The diaku war riders will spawn near commander goreslaughter instead of on top of random players. Commander Corpsemaul no longer has Unbridled Fury of the Shadows. Mauler’s Affliction no longer interrupts casting. QUESTS The quest"Etch the Stone"is now properly repeatable.
